Warranty & Returns
We know you spent your hard earned money to support us and enjoy our handmade products for many years into the future. As such we warrant our products against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and proper maintenance for the life of the product.
This means Kohutt™ will repair or replace any part of product found to be defective. Any item(s) approved for return by us must be shipped with prepaid postage so we can get it back to you. If we can fix your product we will do that. If its irreparable, we will replace it.Return Policy
If your item(s) is not customised or is not part of a wholesale order, you have 7 days of receiving your item(s) to send your unused and same condition products back. It must also be in original packaging. Once we have received your item(s) we will inspect them for signs of use.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please ensure you add tracking to your shipment, we cannot guarantee we will receive your item.
Customised/monogrammed/wholesale orders are not refundable unless they are faulty. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced.
