Shipping policy

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $250AUD within Australia and free international shipping on orders over $350AUD. Taxes in Australia are included within our prices - what you see is what you pay.

Tariffs/duties on US orders are paid - what you see in USD is what you pay. For UK, European & Canadian orders, we declare goods in accordance with international shipping regulations to ensure smooth delivery.

Express Shipping is available, however this does not override our standard lead times for manufacturing when lead times are required.

Shipping costs on returns

If you change your mind and return an item, the original shipping cost is not refunded. If your order shipped free, or we upgraded your shipping at no charge (including Express Post), the shipping cost we paid will be deducted from your refund.

You are responsible for the cost of sending your return back to us. Please use a tracked service, as we can't refund items that don't reach us.

These shipping rules apply to change-of-mind returns only. Faulty items are covered by our warranty and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our warranty and returns policy for full details.
